Summary

This study tests whether the drug ublituximab can improve walking and reduce fall risk in 25 people with relapsing multiple sclerosis (MS). Participants will receive the treatment for 48 weeks and have their walking, balance, and thinking skills tested before, during, and after treatment. The goal is to see if the drug helps with everyday movement and safety.
