New combo therapy tested for Tough-to-Treat blood cancers

Summary

This early-stage study is testing the safety and initial effectiveness of an investigational cell therapy called UB-VV400, given alone and together with the drug rapamycin. It is for adults with aggressive B-cell lymphoma that has come back or not responded to other treatments, including some who have had prior CAR T-cell therapy. The main goals are to find the safest dose and see how patients' bodies handle the treatment.
