First seen Apr 18, 2026 · Last updated Apr 23, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study aimed to see if a new U-shaped automatic toothbrush cleans children's teeth better than a regular manual toothbrush. Researchers worked with 60 healthy children aged 9 to 12 who had a significant amount of plaque on their teeth. Each child tried both brushes, and their plaque levels were measured before and after brushing to compare the results.
