Targeted pill trial aims to wipe out early bladder tumors
NCT ID NCT06995677
Summary
This study is testing an oral medication called TYRA-300 for adults with early-stage, non-muscle-invasive bladder cancer that has a specific genetic change (FGFR3). The goal is to see if the pill can completely eliminate visible tumors left in the bladder after a biopsy. Researchers will also monitor side effects to understand the treatment's safety.
