NCT ID NCT06842355

Summary

This study is testing an oral drug called TYRA-300 in children aged 3 to 10 with achondroplasia, the most common form of dwarfism. The main goals are to see if the drug is safe and to find the right dose that might help children grow faster. Researchers will measure changes in the children's height and growth rate over time.
