Summary

This study compares two exercise programs—the Tyler Twist and traditional eccentric exercises—for people with tennis elbow (lateral epicondylalgia). Researchers will measure pain, grip strength, and daily function in 38 adults aged 20 to 40. The goal is to find which approach provides better symptom relief and recovery.
