Summary

This study tests whether giving tranexamic acid (TXA) before a cesarean section can prevent severe bleeding. Researchers will enroll 88 pregnant women who have risk factors like previous C-section, twins, or anemia. The goal is to see if TXA reduces blood loss and the chance of needing a transfusion.
