Summary

This study tests whether giving tranexamic acid (TXA) before a cesarean section can reduce the risk of severe bleeding after delivery. Researchers will enroll 88 pregnant women with risk factors like previous C-section, twins, or anemia. The drug is given as a preventive measure, and blood loss is measured for 24 hours after surgery.
