NCT ID NCT05370820

Summary

This study aims to find the best dose and method (IV or injection) to give a drug called tranexamic acid (TXA) to prevent severe bleeding after childbirth. Researchers are enrolling about 120 pregnant women to test how the drug moves through the body when given in different ways just before delivery. The goal is to gather data to help doctors use this preventive treatment more effectively in the future.
