Summary
This study looked at two different doses of tranexamic acid (TXA), a drug that helps blood clot, to see which works better at reducing blood loss during spinal surgery. 62 adults having surgery on three or more spine bones took part. The goal was to find the best dose to lower bleeding and the need for blood transfusions.
