Summary

This study tests whether a single dose of tranexamic acid, a drug that reduces bleeding, can also lower inflammation after ACL knee reconstruction. Sixty adults having ACL surgery will receive either the drug or a placebo, and researchers will measure inflammation markers and blood loss. The goal is to see if this simple, safe treatment can ease pain and swelling, helping people recover faster after surgery.
