Engineered immune cells take on Hard-to-Treat cancers

NCT ID NCT07231081

First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This early-phase study tests a new treatment called TX103 CAR-T cells for people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard therapy. The treatment uses a patient's own immune cells, modified in a lab to better recognize and attack cancer cells. The main goals are to check safety, find the best dose, and see if the therapy can shrink tumors.
