NCT ID NCT07163130
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 25, 2026 · Updated 21 times
Summary
This study tests a non-invasive device that gently stimulates a nerve in the ear to see if it can help people with POTS, a condition that causes a rapid heart rate and dizziness when standing. About 24 adults with POTS will try the active device and a sham (inactive) device at different times to compare effects. The goal is to see if this simple treatment can reduce heart rate spikes and improve daily symptoms like fatigue and lightheadedness.
