Summary

This early-stage study tests a new oral drug, TVB-3567, in healthy volunteers (with or without acne) to see if it is safe and how the body processes it. The trial has four parts, including single and multiple doses, and a food-effect assessment. About 128 participants aged 18-55 will take either the drug or a placebo. The goal is to gather safety and dosing information before larger studies.
