New acne pill enters early human testing

Summary
This early-stage study tests a new oral drug called TVB-3567 in healthy people, some with acne. The main goal is to check safety and how the body processes the drug, not to cure acne. About 128 adults aged 18-55 will take either the drug or a placebo in single or multiple doses.
