Summary
This early-stage study is testing the safety of a new oral medication called TVB-3567 for acne. Researchers will give healthy adults with and without moderate to severe acne different doses of the drug to see how their bodies handle it and check for side effects. The study will also examine whether taking the medication with food affects how it works in the body.
