New injection aims to knock out hepatitis b virus in major trial

Summary

This large Phase 3 trial will test if a new injection called TVAX-008 can help control chronic hepatitis B. It will involve 630 adults who are already on standard antiviral medication. The main goal is to see if the treatment can reduce the hepatitis B virus and a key protein (HBsAg) to undetectable levels in the blood.
