New injection aims to boost Body's fight against hepatitis b

NCT ID NCT07190742

Summary

This study is testing whether a new injection called TVAX-008, when given alongside standard antiviral pills, can help people with chronic hepatitis B. The goal is to see if the combination can help patients achieve a key milestone called HBsAg negative status, which indicates better control of the virus. The trial will involve 80 adults who are already taking antiviral medication and will compare the new injection to a placebo.
