Do medical TV dramas give false hope about death?
NCT ID NCT07416669
Summary
This study will watch and analyze popular medical TV dramas to see how they show two things: 1) death and end-of-life care in hospitals, and 2) violence or aggression against doctors and nurses. Researchers want to understand if these shows create unrealistic expectations for real patients and families, or if they might influence public attitudes toward healthcare workers. The study is observational—it involves watching shows, not testing treatments on people.
