New drug combo tested for hard-to-treat cancers

Summary
This early-phase study tests a new drug called tuvusertib, given alone or with another drug (niraparib), in people with advanced solid tumors that no longer respond to standard therapies. The main goals are to check safety, find the right dose, and see if the drug can shrink tumors. About 161 adults with metastatic or locally advanced cancers are taking part.
