Summary

This study is testing whether adding the dietary supplement turmeric and the diabetes medication metformin to standard intermittent hormone therapy is practical and helpful for men with prostate cancer that is starting to progress. Researchers want to see if this combination can delay the cancer's return and improve patients' quality of life. The study will enroll 34 participants and is primarily checking if such a trial can be successfully run.
