NCT ID NCT07766577
First seen Aug 14, 2026 · Last updated Aug 14, 2026
Summary
This study aims to adapt the Menstrual Cycle Knowledge Questionnaire (MCKQ) into Turkish and check whether it is a valid and reliable tool for female athletes. Researchers will ask 120 women aged 16 to 35 who are licensed athletes to fill out the questionnaire, along with other surveys about menstrual symptoms and health literacy. The MCKQ will be repeated after two weeks to see if results are consistent. The goal is to provide a standardized way to measure menstrual cycle knowledge in Turkish-speaking female athletes, which could help improve menstrual health awareness and performance-related care.
