Summary
This study is translating a special newborn neurological exam (HNNE) into Turkish and testing how well it works for babies at high risk of brain problems like cerebral palsy. About 120 infants with conditions such as bleeding in the brain or severe jaundice will be checked. The goal is to give Turkish doctors a reliable tool to find issues early and start treatment sooner.
