New turkish tool aims to better measure hand burn healing
NCT ID NCT07329400
First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 23 times
Summary
This study checks if a Turkish version of the Burnt Hand Outcome Tool (BHOT) is a reliable way to measure how hand burns affect adults. About 100 people with hand burns will fill out questionnaires and have their hand strength and sensation tested over 6 months. The goal is to give doctors a better tool to track recovery, not to test a new treatment.
