First seen Mar 02, 2026 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 7 times
Summary
This study checked if a Turkish version of the Bolus Residue Scale (BRS) is a reliable way to measure swallowing problems in people who recently had a stroke. Forty patients took part, and their swallowing was recorded on video X-ray. The goal was to see if different raters get the same results and if the scale truly reflects how severe the swallowing issue is.
