Summary
This study compared two common surgeries for people with enlarged nasal turbinates causing long-term blockage. 58 adults received either partial turbinectomy (removing part of the tissue) or mucosal diathermy (using heat to shrink it). Researchers measured nose pain, stuffiness, and crusting after surgery to see which method worked better.
