Scientists map cancer genes to find the right experimental drugs
NCT ID NCT04510766
Summary
This study aims to understand the genetic makeup of advanced cancers to help match patients with the most suitable early-stage drug trials. It involves analyzing tumor tissue and blood samples from about 40 adults with advanced solid tumors or lymphoma. The goal is to learn if detailed genetic information can improve how patients are selected for new experimental treatments.
