Summary
This study aims to understand why people with tuberous sclerosis develop skin tumors. Researchers will enroll 400 adults with the condition to examine their skin and collect small tissue samples from up to eight tumors. The goal is to learn about the genetic and cellular changes that cause these growths, which could inform future treatments.
