NCT ID NCT07409129

First seen Feb 14, 2026 · Last updated Jun 13, 2026 · Updated 18 times

Summary

This study tests a 'tubeless' method for removing small lung nodules. Normally, patients have a breathing tube during surgery and a chest drain afterward. In this trial, half the participants will have surgery without these tubes. The goal is to see if they recover faster and more comfortably within 24 hours. The study involves 138 adults with small, early-stage lung nodules.
