Summary

This study tests if a mild electrical stimulation on the ankle (transcutaneous tibial nerve stimulation) can reduce pain and distress from period cramps. Researchers will enroll 36 women aged 18-35 with regular cycles and primary dysmenorrhea. Participants will rate their pain and quality of life before and after treatment to see if this non-invasive approach helps.
