Electric field therapy before lung cancer surgery: safe or not?

Summary
This study tests whether a device called NovoTTF-200T, which delivers low-intensity electric fields (TTFields) to tumors, is safe and practical for people with early-stage lung adenocarcinoma. About 25 participants will use the device before their scheduled surgery. Researchers also want to see if the treatment helps the immune system fight cancer better.
