New targeted therapy hopes to shrink Hard-to-Treat cancers

Summary
This study tests a new drug called TSN1611 in people with advanced solid tumors that have a specific gene change called KRAS G12D. The study has two parts: first, finding the safest dose, and then seeing how well it shrinks tumors. About 440 adults with various advanced cancers will take part. The goal is to control the disease, not to cure it.
