Urine dipstick may spot pancreatitis after surgery faster

Summary
This study looks at whether a urine dipstick test can quickly detect pancreatitis after pancreas removal surgery. About 50 adults having elective pancreatectomy will provide urine samples before, during, and after surgery. The goal is to see if this simple test works as well as standard blood tests to catch complications early.
