Summary
This study tested whether an 8-week TRX suspension training program could improve bowel habits and ease stomach issues in young male swimmers. Thirty-two boys aged 9-13 were randomly assigned to either do the TRX exercises or continue their normal routine. Researchers used stool charts and questionnaires to see if the special workouts made a difference in their digestive comfort.
