This study looked at 114 women with symptomatic uterine fibroids who wanted to keep their uterus. It compared the costs and safety of three treatments: Global Fibroid Ablation (GFA), myomectomy, and uterine artery embolization (UAE). The goal was to help patients and doctors choose the best option based on cost and complication rates.
