First seen Feb 25, 2026 · Last updated May 18, 2026 · Updated 7 times

Summary

This study looked at whether a 6-month program of individual and group exercises could improve trunk rotation (a measure of spinal twist) in girls aged 8-11 with mild posture problems. 65 girls participated, with some receiving the therapy and others just being observed. The goal was to see if the exercises could help correct posture and possibly prevent scoliosis later on.
