First seen Feb 15, 2026 · Last updated May 10, 2026 · Updated 19 times

Summary

This study looked at 30 teenage girls with scoliosis to see if a mobile app could measure spine curves as accurately as standard X-rays. Each participant had one posture check with the app and one spinal X-ray. The goal is to find a safer, radiation-free way to monitor scoliosis over time.
