Summary

This study looks at how changing the angle of the bed (trunk inclination) affects lung function in 40 adults with moderate to severe ARDS, a serious lung condition. Researchers will measure lung pressure and use imaging to see how different positions and ventilator settings work together. The goal is to find better ways to support breathing in intensive care.
