New injection aims to ease chronic shoulder pain

Summary
This study is testing whether adding a new injection called Tropho Tend to standard physical therapy helps people with painful rotator cuff tendinopathy. 60 adults with shoulder pain for at least 6 weeks will be randomly assigned to receive either physical therapy alone or physical therapy plus Tropho Tend injections. Researchers will measure changes in pain, shoulder function, and patient satisfaction over 4 months.
