Summary

This study tests whether adding Tropho Tend injections to standard physiotherapy helps people with painful rotator cuff tendinopathy more than physiotherapy alone. Sixty adults with shoulder pain for at least 6 weeks will receive either physiotherapy plus injections or physiotherapy only. The study measures pain, shoulder function, and patient satisfaction over 4 months.
