New triple treatment offers hope for chronic back pain after surgery

NCT ID NCT07370233

First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tested a combination of three procedures—spinal fixation, nerve heat treatment, and anti-inflammatory injections—for people with ongoing back and leg pain after disc surgery. 63 participants were split into two groups to see if the triple approach worked better than spinal fixation alone. The goal was to reduce pain and improve daily function.
