New Triple-Drug combo tested for Tough-to-Control diabetes
NCT ID NCT07244003
Summary
This study aims to see if a specific combination of three diabetes medications works better and is safer than other oral drug combinations for adults whose type 2 diabetes is not well controlled. It will enroll 430 participants aged 18-75 who are already taking metformin but still have high blood sugar. The main goal is to measure changes in long-term blood sugar levels (HbA1c) and see how many people can reach target levels for blood sugar, blood pressure, and cholesterol.
