Summary
This study is testing a program that combines exercise, nutritional advice, and emotional support for people with gastrointestinal cancer who are receiving chemotherapy before surgery. The goal is to see if this program is practical and helps patients stay stronger and recover more smoothly after their operation. The study will include 30 adults with early-stage (I-III) digestive tract cancer.
