First seen May 05, 2026 · Last updated Jun 08, 2026 · Updated 5 times

Summary

This study tests whether giving trilaciclib before a chemotherapy drug (sacituzumab tirumotecan) can reduce serious side effects like low white blood cell counts in people with advanced EGFR-mutated non-small cell lung cancer that has stopped responding to standard targeted therapy. About 49 adults will receive the combination and be monitored for blood cell changes and tumor response. The goal is to make treatment safer and more tolerable.
