First seen Mar 29, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 10 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a drug called trilaciclib can protect the bone marrow in people with solid tumors receiving chemotherapy. The goal is to reduce severe drops in blood cells, which can be dangerous and delay treatment. About 100 adults will take part, first by reviewing past data, then by testing the drug in a planned way. Researchers hope to create a model to predict who will benefit most from this protective treatment.
