Which works better for trigger finger: a shot or a snip?

Summary
This study looks at two ways to treat trigger finger: a steroid injection (given in two different ways) and a minor surgery called percutaneous release. The goal is to see which approach reduces pain and improves finger movement the most. About 100 adults with trigger finger are taking part, and they will report how well their treatment worked.
