Summary
This study is for adults with diabetes who need a kidney biopsy as part of their regular care. Researchers will collect and study kidney tissue, blood, urine, and genetic material from 400 participants to understand why some people's kidneys decline quickly while others do not. The goal is to find new targets for treatments, but this study does not test any new drug or therapy.
