First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 33 times
Summary
This early-stage trial tests a new two-drug combination for people with advanced neuroendocrine tumors (NETs) that have spread. The study combines triapine, which may slow tumor growth, with a radioactive drug called lutetium Lu 177 dotatate that targets tumor cells directly. About 31 participants will help doctors find the safest dose and understand side effects. This is not a cure, but aims to better control the disease.
