Summary

This early-phase trial tests a new combination of two drugs (triapine and lutetium Lu 177 dotatate) for people with advanced neuroendocrine tumors of the digestive system. The main goal is to find the safest dose and check for side effects. About 31 adults whose tumors have grown after prior treatment will take part.
