Summary
This study tested two ways to inject a cortisone medicine (triamcinolone acetonide) for women with genital lichen sclerosus, a condition causing itching, pain, and scarring. Twenty women received injections either by a standard syringe or a tattoo machine. The goal was to see which method better reduces symptoms like pain and discomfort. The study is complete, but results are not yet shared.
